Barely 2
months after the commencement of what has become Ghana's first Catholic online
radio, Radio Angelus has made another giant move with live broadcast of
Diocesan, Parish and societal events starting
Friday, April 20.
According
to a statement released by the management of the station in Accra
yesterday, Radio Angelus in its quest to
increase media visibility of the activities of the Church in Ghana, is calling on Parishes and
societies to get a live coverage of their events on Radio.
Excerpts of
the statement say, "are you planning a parish programme? Is your
group or society organising a programme soon or later in the year? Give more
coverage and publicity to your programmes by contacting Radio Angelus now. We offer live radio coverage of
programmes and events with a Catholic touch".
The station also made available offers such as live in-studio discussions and previews
for upcoming events as well as coverage

Operating from the Accra Metropolitan See , Radio Angelus
broadcast live online on www.radioangelus.accracatholic.org, and is managed by
a team of young Catholic volunteers.
The station can be accessed by typing
www.radioangelus.accracatholic.org in a browser. Once the page is loaded, look out for the
Radio Angelus logo to your left and tap on the logo to play. Better still,
download Radio.net or Radionomy, all mobile Apps from the Google store and
search for Radio Angelus. Thereafter, click on the play button to listen.
The station officially began operating on 1st March 2018 at
6pm and have programmes targeting both the
spiritual and social growth of it's audience. Radio Angelus was given
birth to through the passion of a priest of the Archdiocese of Accra, to reach
out to many souls through the internet.
Radio Angelus has a mandate to give it's audience a holistic
Catholic radio experience with a coverage
of all Arch/Dioceses in the country .
